Overview

Services Provided

I offer Webflow design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Webflow site design and build
• Custom interactions and animations
• CMS setup and dynamic content
• Integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable)
• Ongoing maintenance and support (if agreed upon)

All project details, including scope, deliverables, and timeline, will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.

Payment Terms

• Remaining payments are due based on milestones or upon project completion.

Project Timeline & Delays

• Estimated timelines depend on prompt client responses.
• Delays due to missing information, late feedback, or scope changes may extend the project timeline.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final website and design files belong to the Client.
• I retain the right to showcase the project in my portfolio and marketing materials.

Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

• I do my best to ensure high-quality, functional Webflow sites, but I do not guarantee specific results (e.g., increased traffic, conversions).
• I am not responsible for post-launch website issues caused by third-party updates, Client changes, or Webflow limitations.
• My total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If the project is canceled before completion, payments made are non-refundable.
• If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, I will issue a pro-rata refund for uncompleted work.
